We are currently seeking a highly
motivated and effective Technical
Support Specialist to join our growing organization.
JOB PURPOSE and RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibility of this
position is to provide professional technical phone support to our sales reps,
field technicians, and end-user customers.�
They will provide reports and trends to management on support-related
issues.� This position will also
participate in software and hardware validation testing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
�
3 + Years progressive,
relevant experience in providing customer and technical phone support.
�
Experience with
introduction of new products and dental software experience is a Plus.
�
Certifications are a
Plus.
